To cover your vinyl shade, simply cut the fabric to size and hem around the perimeter to avoid fraying. Then, simply glue the fabric to the shade with fabric glue. You now have an absolutely custom window treatment at an absolutely fabulous price. You can also customize vinyl shades by covering them with wallpaper or even painting them. Just be certain that you choose paint that will adhere to vinyl if you plan to paint them. You can also use fabric paint to embellish plain fabric roller shades.
